If you’re using CartFlows in WordPress and see the message:
Please enter an address to continue
This usually happens because the Country or Region field in the checkout form is disabled. WooCommerce requires this field to process orders, and without it, the checkout cannot be completed.
Step 1: Log in to WordPress
Access your website’s admin panel by going to yoursite.com/wp-admin and logging in with your credentials.
Step 2: Go to CartFlows Funnels
From the WordPress dashboard, click on “CartFlows” in the left menu, then go to “Funnels”. Find the funnel where the error is happening and click “Edit”.
Step 3: Edit the Checkout Step
Inside the funnel, find the step labeled “Checkout”. Click the edit icon to open its settings.
Step 4: Open the Field Editor
Scroll down to the “Checkout Settings” section. Click on “Checkout Form”, then select the “Field Editor” tab. This is where you manage the fields on your checkout page.
Step 5: Enable Country / Region Field
In the Billing Fields section, look for the field named “Country / Region”. Make sure the toggle is set to Enabled. You can also set it as Required to make sure it’s filled in during checkout. Click “Save” after enabling it.
Step 6: Test Your Checkout Page
Visit your site, add a product to the cart, and go to the checkout page. You should now see the Country / Region field and the error should no longer appear.
Final Notes
This fix ensures WooCommerce has all the required billing fields to process orders. CartFlows gives you full control over these fields, so always double-check that all necessary ones like name, phone, and country are enabled.
